COMMENTS: The maximum voltage LiPo cells can receive during Charge is
roughly 4.20V. It is not uncommon that after Charging LiPo battery
packs containing multiple cells for the voltage to be slightly less
than 4.20V per cell. This is normal. Cells which repeatedly measure
under 4.10V after being Charged may require further evaluation.
Cells which repeatedly measure under 4.00V
